How does having a best place to work impact your bottom line?
Our employees are involved in creating the company’s “goals” or objectives and key results. Because our employees define the objectives, it helps create a deeper sense of ownership for milestone, achievements, and fosters a sense of success. A deeper level of satisfaction will always promote the bottom line because it means people are actively working to achieve the mission and goals. This sense of satisfaction also serves to remind each one of us that we as individuals have value, and that together, we can achieve great things.

How does your company help grow the careers of your employees?
Our human resources department provides support to employees who are looking to switch departments or career direction. The growth path toward promotion is both accessible and encouraged at CSWR, which further motivates employees to explore the options available.

What is the best perk your company offers?
The tuition reimbursement is among many great perks offered by CSWR. Many companies have recently cut this component from the benefits offered. An employee interested in the program would meet with their manager to outline career goals and then meet with our HR director to create an education and career plan. Once the employee achieves their degree, their motivation and work ethic are celebrated. The genuine feeling of wanting someone to be successful is so refreshing.
