A standout annual event with over 70 companies representing the utility space, “SPARK” is considered by many to be a career highlight. In addition to being an award recipient, Brittany was invited to speak and not only delivered an impassioned and inspiring talk about CSWR’s mission and her work within the organization over the past 3 years, but she included a brilliant, 5-minute video created by Alison McCormack, bringing Brittany’s personal story to life and providing a moving backdrop to her call to be of service and her continuous quest for process improvement.

“The U2030 cohort is full of amazing people from robust companies striving to do great work in the community, across utilities – and CSWR fits right in!” observed Brittany when asked about her take on the conference. “Brittany seamlessly aligns diverse elements into a unified vision, transforming challenges into successes,” added Spencer Hoppes. Brittany’s award comes as no surprise, following on the heels of numerous other accolades including the “Women in Leadership” honor by Focus St. Louis, and the “United Way Women Leaders” recognition as part of United Way’s inaugural mentorship program. Her work has impacted CSWR’s financial operations and set a benchmark for customer-centric practices in the utility industry. Those of us fortunate enough to work closely with Brittany both value and rely on her stellar competence, strength of advocacy, absolute dedication to process, and customer care.

We could not be prouder of this rock star who doesn’t just SPARK – she’s fire all day long!!!!!
