“We want people who are going to help change this industry and help bring essential services to communities that need it more than ever,” said Jo Anna McMahon, CSWR’s Director of Environmental, Health & Safety. “Arthur is that kind of person and I couldn’t be more excited to have him on our team.”
Faiello formerly served as Region 8 Director for the Texas Municipal Utilities Association and holds the highest achievable water and wastewater operations licenses offered by the states of Texas and Arizona. He also previously served two consecutive terms as the initial Montgomery County (Texas) Cities Representative on the newly formed San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) Groundwater Reduction Plan Review committee, which led the 55-mile water pipeline project across Montgomery County and the 40 million gallon-per-day phase one construction and start-up of the SJRA Lake Conroe Surface Water Treatment Plant.
“At a time when water resources are more important than ever, I’m thrilled to join a company like CSWR that works to ensure safety and reliability for every home and business it serves,” said Faiello.
Faiello began his water utility career in entry level operations, maintenance, and laboratory analyst positions and progressed through each successive level of responsibility to utility management and director of public works and utilities.
