Stephens’ experience with on-site data collection, asset management and compliance data entry will help him oversee and ensure the safety and security of water resources for all of the communities CSWR serves.
“Kaleb knows first-hand how much work it takes to collect compliance data in the field, and that experience will inform his new job overseeing regulatory compliance and implementation of technology across all of the communities we serve,” said Director, Environmental, Health & Safety Jo Anna McMahon. “It is at the core of our mission to keep all of our systems in compliance with health and safety laws at all times, and Kaleb will help us do just that.”
The new role is a promotion for Stephens who previously worked for CSWR as System Operations Manager and, before that, as an Environmental Health & Safety Auditor.
“It’s a daunting job to oversee the compliance and regulatory aspect for the nearly 350 sites we service, and I’m excited to take it on,” said Stephens. “We have a strong team of environmental auditors and compliance officers, and I’m confident we will be able to do the job.”
