A Navy veteran, Thibault has worked in water and wastewater management since 1993. In his new role at CSWR, he will manage real-time system monitoring and information technology platforms examining performance across CSWR’s 11-state-territory while also leading operations in Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee.

“Brad will lead our central region, and on a broader level, help us diagnose critical issues and identify system trends that ensures compliance across all of the communities we serve,” said Todd Thomas, CSWR’s Senior Vice President of business development, operations and customer service. “We’re thrilled that he will help us continue to raise the bar in water and wastewater and ensure essential needs are provided to the communities we serve.”

A native of Northwest Arkansas, Thibault is a virtual lifer in water and wastewater, having begun shadowing wastewater professionals in his hometown of Alma while still in high school. After leaving the Navy, he worked for a variety of public and private water and wastewater companies. Most recently, Thibault held asset manager and senior leadership roles with Veolia North America and American Water.

“This is something I’ve been passionate about since I was a kid,” said Thibault. “What we do is important to the people we serve. We need to continually improve water quality data to ensure it’s as beneficial as it can be and allows us to identify compliance trends about our systems.”

Thibault, who lives in Edwardsville, Illinois, near CSWR’s St. Louis headquarters, will report directly to Thomas.
